LASER CUTTING AND BENDING

Laser cut:

• The last production unit that we have placed alongside the more historic ones is that of laser sheet metal cutting.
• Initially we used a CO2 machine, in order to develop and invest further in this department, we purchased a fiber laser capable of cutting thicknesses of up to 30 mm on a wide range of materials.
• The fiber technology guarantees superior performance in terms of speed and cutting quality compared to the CO2 system.
• Laser-cut components can be post-machined, bent, milled or printed.

Folding:

• The bending machine offers a useful bending surface of 4000 mm and thanks to the laser bend control system it is able to guarantee continuous precise processing even on series of large numbers of pieces

Welding and assembly:

• Meeting the needs that our customers have expressed to us over the years, to provide the most complete parts possible, we have expanded the welding and assembly sector.
• Using wire, TIG and MIG welding techniques we produce small carpentry parts with laser cut or milled parts and subsequently machined if necessary.
• We also have personnel assigned to the assembly of small and large assemblies for various sectors, just to name a few for the medical, security and locks, food and beverage sectors.
